Mobsta has announced an important leadership transition as Matt Longley steps down from his role as CEO after seven and a half years with the business, with current COO David Graham set to take on the position from 1 November 2026.

During Matt's time at Mobsta, the business has experienced significant growth, more than doubling in size and expanding its teams, markets and capabilities.
His leadership, dedication and contribution have played an important role in shaping Mobsta into the business it is today, and we're incredibly grateful for everything he has helped achieve.
We're delighted to announce that David Graham, Mobsta's current Chief Operating Officer, will become CEO on 1 November.
Having been part of Mobsta for almost ten years, David has played a key role in developing our products, people and culture. His deep understanding of the business, its values and its ambitions makes him a natural choice to lead Mobsta into its next chapter.
As David explains:
"I'm incredibly proud of what we've built together at Mobsta.
Matt has played a huge role in getting us to where we are today, and I'm excited to build on that foundation alongside our brilliant team as we take the business into its next chapter."
Matt will remain with Mobsta until January, working closely with David to ensure a smooth transition.
This appointment reflects our commitment to developing talent from within the business and building on the strong foundations established over recent years.
A huge thank you to Matt for his leadership and everything he has contributed to Mobsta, and congratulations to David as he takes on his new role.
We're excited for what comes next and grateful to our brilliant team, clients and partners who continue to be such an important part of Mobsta's journey.
