The role
We want our clients to think of Mobsta as the most innovative partner on their roster. We aim to offer critical thinking with an ‘outside view’ of how to deliver our client’s campaign objectives. Ultimately, we want to prove to clients that we have the expertise and the tech to reach their audiences in the most contextually relevant way and exceed their expectations. This role will be varied and rewarding; these are some of the key requirements:
CLIENTS:
We are looking for someone to come in and join our sales team looking after Publicis. Media Agencies are the lifeblood of Mobsta and we pride ourselves on producing first class work and client service. We want to find someone that can build on the strong relationships and clients we already work with, who knows how to manage their stakeholders and bring their excellent interpersonal skills to the role.
PEOPLE:
You will have a strong desire to immerse yourself in the whole Mobsta team. You will work closely with the team Business Director and Head of Sales to maximise opportunities and drive revenue across your patch. The sales team is a strong unit, and their strength is sharing ideas, being proactive and working as a team. We are looking for someone that shares those traits and wants to contribute with their own energy, spirit, and ideas.
PRODUCT:
You will leverage your knowledge of the digital space to educate and advise clients, helping to devise and plan the most compelling campaigns. You will be responsible for selling our individual sales offerings. A major part of your role will be putting our ground-breaking propriety planning product at the heart of all conversations with your clients and agencies. Our geo-contextual product fuelled by exclusive data from the likes of Vodafone, Nielsen and Mastercard allows Mobsta to talk to clients, planners, digital and AV teams. Digital Display, OLV, Digital Audio, DOOH and CTV are a few of the products that are being planned at agencies.
GROWTH:
You will own, drive, and deliver business targets for our clients and revenue targets for Mobsta. We are looking for someone to use their skills as a natural networker and proactive salesperson to help Mobsta achieve the continuous growth that Mobsta are ambitious to achieve and surpass. As we move into 2025 we will continue promoting our sustainability credentials and using our carbon calculator to grow our business with clients who are concerned about their carbon emissions. You will be expected to build this into your sales strategy.
