We think the question should be how can being a B Corp not be important to a company? It’s hard to argue that we all need to do more to make the world a better place and that needs to start at work. It gives us a framework for continuous development and provides external validation that we are doing the right thing and are on the path to a better, fairer world.
B Corps have to uphold the highest standards and go through a rigorous verification process across five key areas: governance, workers, customers, community and the environment. All B Corps recertify every 3 years.
Our initial B Corp application was submitted in September 2021 and we were thrilled to become certified B Corp in August 2022.
We recertified in 2025 with an even higher score of 113.7 despite the increasingly rigorous process and company growth (we doubled in size!).
